No. jilico strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings may be voided. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

You can update certain details like your mobile number and email address from your Account Settings page. However, changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity re-verification and must be requested through our support team at [email protected]. This is to protect your account from unauthorized changes.

If you wish to permanently close your jilico account, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a request for permanent closure. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Note that if you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using our self-exclusion tool instead — it provides the same protection while keeping your account data intact should you ever need to access your history.

Funding your jilico account via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer

The minimum deposit at jilico is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. There is no maximum deposit limit set by jilico, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction limits that apply.

jilico does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges. We recommend checking with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank directly for their current fee schedules. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside jilico's control.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after this time, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the amount deposited, and the payment method used. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals

Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are usually processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT).
