1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilico ("jilico," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilico online gaming platform, including the website at jilico.net, all associated games, payment services, promotional programs, customer support services, and any other features or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a jilico account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jilico platform, including registered players, guests, and any other persons who access the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilico's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilico.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the jilico platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must not have had a previous jilico account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jilico services, you are required to create a registered account. The following terms apply to the registration and maintenance of your jilico account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jilico account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jilico uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilico reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilico account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilico will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. KYC Verification: jilico is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jilico for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Account Currency: All jilico accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilico supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jilico platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilico reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilico account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jilico targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: jilico may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds belonging to third parties, including family members, is prohibited. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• No Fees: jilico does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilico bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilico offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilico reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• jilico prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers.
• jilico reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, jilico's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilico platform, including live casino games, slot titles, fishing arcade games such as Captain Fisher and Star Fishing, and bingo rooms, are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all gameplay on jilico:

• Random Number Generation: All jilico games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of RNG systems used on the jilico platform is subject to regular independent testing and certification.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. jilico will not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, jilico's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. The outcome of any round completed during a disconnection will be final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game on jilico has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type and player tier.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilico platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one jilico account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the jilico platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jilico platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jilico platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jilico immediately.
• Colluding with other players or with jilico employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jilico staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's jilico account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jilico account.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilico is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered jilico players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jilico account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately upon being set.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. jilico will notify you when your session time limit is approaching.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilico platform, including but not limited to the jilico brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials made available through the Service, are the exclusive intellectual property of jilico or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilico platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilico content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilico content.
• Use any jilico trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement by jilico.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the jilico platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilico's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilico reserves all rights and remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilico's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilico account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilico shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if jilico has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the jilico platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances beyond jilico's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilico's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilico's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jilico collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilico.net/privacy-policy. By using the jilico platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilico is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jilico reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilico will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the jilico platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jilico platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request the closure of your jilico account.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jilico reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your jilico account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jilico has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• jilico is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your jilico account at any time by contacting jilico's customer support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilico, you are encouraged to contact jilico's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jilico will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings.
